1 Hair Stop provides shipping worldwide. All of the packages are shipped out from our manufacturing unit in Hyderabad, India. If the order exceeds 5 kgs, kindly get in touch with us through our Bulk Order page.

Since we are manufacturers and have our own manufacturing units from our parent company Hritik Exim, we do not rely on anyone for the products we supply. All of the hair packaged out is thoroughly checked multiple times, to ensure that there won't be any chances of return. It takes 5-7 business days to process your order and we ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery but do process orders even on Saturdays.

Kindly note that if inaccurate or incomplete addresses are provided, or if there are unverified details with your order, it may delay processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure any possible delays are avoided.

Shipping Policy

To ship our packages we use FedEx express shipping. Orders will ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Orders require 3-5 business days for delivery (except African countries which take 7-15 business days) after it ships depending on its destination. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available via email as soon as your order ships.

All shipments are processed by 4 pm IST. You can contact us at sales@1hairstop.com to know the status of the shipment.

International Orders

1 Hair Stop is not responsible for any fees (customs fees or taxes) associated with your shipment upon delivery.

We do NOT refund shipping charges for orders returned.

Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the address entered is a correct one and has all the information required to deliver it at the right address. Since 1 Hair Stop process the order as quick as possible, it becomes very difficult to cancel or change the order within the short time period. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at sales@1hairstop.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.

Delivered But Not Delivered

All orders we send out, come with a tracking number. If the tracking says that the order has been delivered and you haven't received it, please contact the local your courier services who can help investigate the issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
